and just to whine about my bad day now (which pales in comparison), looks like the contract (3rd one) on my house is falling through. they only are asking for me to repalce most every system in the house, all of which are in proper working order. the guys mother got involved. seems he just had a kid with his girlfriend. you would then have to assume his mother cut them off afterwards, cause he sure doesn't have any at the moment.
