anyone know where i can get a throttle cable local?
mine's useable but not for long i think

For a cable, try Home Depot .... I modified my throttle pedal sightly so I can use a piece of 3/16" cable ( wire-wound washing line ?) with a nut soldered on to one end and the other end fits into a cable extender kit for my dual carb setup. I've made myself 4 throttle cables ... total cost $4.00 and I've been using the first one I made for the last 3 years.

Could you bring the 914 trans/PP/Clutch/FW to the meet if possible ? Hopefully we can work out the details before then.

think I can bring to the meet mainly due to the weight
and not able to lift unit. CALL ME
