That's good to read ... well, not for you about your experience with BugPack
 sorry ... but for me.  After a difficult weekend, it was nice to see some good news. I may have palatable options yet. (I realize difficult weekends are probably old hat to the veterans of customizing out there, but it was/is uncharted territory for me.   )
