I was looking at this link
would it be possible to machine the outer edge of my hub down to the same diameter as the 89-91 S2 and use their rotors bolted to the front of my hub as they look the same height in the pics

i know i will have to weld a bit of alloy on and drill and tap for mounting the rotor thats not a prob

How much smaller in diameter is the S2 hub

Rob,

The 87+ hubs are about 155mm in OD, while the earlier 944/924S are alot bigger, about 165mm. I don't think it would be safe to machine that much off the hub, because you will start breaking into the reinfocing webs in the hub.
