I bought a load of bits from Mr. Yeti and am more than happy with the fit/quality.

I fitted the door lock/striker plate kits this weekend, allan key rather than posi drive is sooo much nicer/easier to work with. I also fitted one of the wing fitting kits, again it just worked. Only problem I had is that some of my captive nuts went missing years ago... Easily solved with a repair washer and an m8 nut (Stainless ofcourse).

Let us know when the chassis kits are ready, will take one of those off your hands.

Cheers,
SaM C

Would the chassis kit include 1303 specific bolts, or would it just be the bolts that go through the chassis washers?

I also include the 4X M10 bolts and washers that fit the front of the chassis.
Theres also a couple of shorter M8's that are required.
(see picture of the bolt set in the EBay shop)

If you let me know what the 1303 specific bits are then I can include them as well, if they are not in there all-ready.

Mines a 1970 1500, so a bit before the 1303. Can't imagine there being too much difference between the body-chassis fit though.

Good point about the missing captive nuts... I lost 5 of these when I resto'd my body shell. I welded in new ones though rather then using the repair washer and nut like yourself.
You can also use rivet-in captive nuts. These are M8 nuts with wings (so to speak). Drill the holes for 2 X rivets either side of the where the nut goes (assuming the metal is good), offer-up and pop-rivet into place. Easy-peasy.

One final finishing touch - where the M8 bolt protudes inside the bonnet area - cap it with a dome nut - stainless of course. (I also have these) Looks nicer then a raw bolt-end.!

There might be 4 more extra at the front. There is 2 long ones that come up from underneath at the front of the framehead, and there are 2 that go down into the framehead from inside the spare wheel well.. pm me if you need more info..

Theres 4 M10 bolts that go up at the front of the pan into the body.

Theres two under the bonnet (under the petrol tank on my 1500).
My under the bonnet ones have been monged-up at some point over the years... can anyone tell me the length of these..?

Thanks...
