Anybody know if Zen is out on Holiday?

To all,

Trying to contact Zen regarding advertising that I paid for here...

Seems his inbox is full or close to it, and I am getting emails kicked back.

If anybody knows his status please let me know.. it been a week and I haven't even gotten a confirmation.. don't want to jump the gun.. just need a follow-up.
