I've designed some adapters for the 944 s2 callipers to run with the 322mm disks, it just offsets the bolt holes. If I get radial callipers I'll buy adapters as its easier.
Pantswagen, I looked at your link and notice you say 996 Callipers will work with these disks are you 100% sure? |

nope
-all i know is after i have fitted a 944 turbo hub to a 71 bay spindle, by shortening the spindle, maybe i can use the 930 disc -305/32 -72mm hat -but i bet i need the reach of the 964 299 by 28 -80mm hat - tried 'what i had, a rear 996 299 by 28 -75hat -and it may work with an off the shelf adaptor for 911 's' to 996, as bay window 1971 spindles are the same as 911's' =3.5ich on centres -996 fronts are for 32 i think -bocster 986 are for 28 - -they are i think the same distance from mounts to pads too - unsure -i need a set of adaptors -typeically, i need my van rolling quite soon -and managed to get all the rear stuff, 944 turbo torsion, 85 hubs -996 discs and 996 calipers, and the adaptors, but stoopidly bought 2 right rears1 -still hope fully i will use the 2.7 boxsters with 299 28 964 discs ??? who knows>? -i know my caliper boss to hub face is 95mm -so -80 for the 964 disc, do the adaptors put the inner pad over 15mm -oh minus the hub face disc thickness -it all starts to get a bit messy!!! did you see the prices on that site -cheeeeep -964 discs and the 993 -i might have to buy a pair -but i need to first sort the spindles and bearings out, cut the spindles re-thread buy the off the peg adaptors -fill the gap.
