Hi
I fitted steel 944 arms to my daily driver 1303, they give about 25 mm per side track increase (wheel bolt to wheel bolt face). As the car has low power output I just used the stock bug axles so the CVs all hooked up as normal. I cant remember the exact info about a 944 stuff on the front but the info is here, just let your fingers do the walking. Steve

fuzzybear,
Read Lanners information about what you can and can't do with the mounting of front end suspension of a 944 to the 1303 here: http://www.vdubengineering.com/techn...onversions.htm If you scroll down you can read about mounting Porsche brakes (and suspension) on the front of your 1303. Take care and God Bless, Kelly (Cohibra45) |

That increase in track is totally due to the 944 brakes. The steel 944 TAs have exactly the same dimensions as a stock Bug IRS TA.

Hi Bruce
Your absolutely correct, I should have made it more clear, but he was asking advice about fitting Porsche brakes. Steve
