were the cups fitted to a bug? or a bus? Was it much hassle?

hello
-i had them on a split with acomplete 944 torsion housing fitted -with 85 hubs and discs -and they were alright -when i pt the engime in though, they jammed in the tubs 0- so i had to get some 70 et's -ideally i'd like some 70 et cup 2 rears
