Please disregard my last message. Im so lucky, everything fitted nicely when assambled, even got 2mm to spare for the throwout bearing....
I must have smoked something when i measured. Because i forgot that the "sun" spring in the center of the pressure plate moved about 10mm innwards when torqued.

now i only got to find a starter
