why only the torsion bars and spring plates? Do you already have the trailing arms, the rotors, the brake parts, the stabilizer bar etc etc?
If you want to get everything in one shot, then get the full torsion housing, complete with everything on it, and dissasemble it at home. You will realise the actual housing is the ONLY thing you will not use on the bug. http://www.germanlook.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=9686
