I'd give it a go myself, knowing that there aren't a ton of wires involved. But since I'm not really familiar enough with the engine bay, I'd need a hand, or at least another car to look at as reference.





If I were to get it fixed up mechanically, I guess I could just roll it minus the engine lid, and clean up the rest as good as I can. Anyone have a rear window for a 67?

ugly but fixable, Pull the decklid and sand it down with a temporary flat black paint job.
rewire is the easy part

I had a couple minutes of hurry up and wait at work so I checked in ... sorry about the car-b-que. I'm blocked here (at work) from seeing pics from free sites like photobucket and imageshack. I hope it is as rebuildable as others are saying, and the insurance doesn't prove to be a hassle. Good luck.
