Its a fix for 914/universal dip stick tubes that are bad, or conversion in my case (no pun intended
) Something Jake came up with. It's not easy to do. Mine was even harder due to case not having one in the first place. There's several steps/tools involved to do it right. Its his deal... you would have to ask him. Sorry man.
