Ohhh nasty things them 103s, you need to get rid of them for some nice 2Ltr ones that I have ready to swap ya

Seriously tho sounds a good spec to me, you have it all there to make some serious power, providing the cam is right.
My 2Ltr when in its 1st incarnation had the same kit as u have (exhaust, carbs, valves) and was kicking out 130 bhp according to the rolling road. tons and tons of torque. so expect more than that.
I dont think there is a lot of difference from T1 building that springs to mind anyways.

You will enjoy it.

I think that you would do alright by the 103's , but only if everything is working together in harmony . By that I mean that you don't under- or over- cam the engine , or go overboard with the carbs , or whatever . The whole key to building a good engine is make sure that you have all the information you can get your hands on , and plan out the engine down to the last detail . The more work you do beforehand will save you alot of headaches later . Axl .
