Done some more stuff, sorry but I have no pics with me now...
Tried Bilsteins and put wheel bearings. Made some parts so I can use Type 1 cooling on Type 4 engine. All is Alu CNC machined, middle part of the alternator pulley is stainless steel, and pulley is aluminum. This is how set looks like ...and the pulley...

Nice machine work. One thing I noticed though...you need to broach the fan pulley hub for the woodruff key on the ALT shaft.

I would hate to see that nice hub "friction weld" itself to the ALT shaft. Or, not let the cooling fan spin fast enough to cool the motor.
