Porsche brakes on 1303

I plan to have following Porsche brakes upgrade for my 1303 which already has the 944 suspension conversion.

front:
911(83-89) discs on early 944N/A hubs and spindles
Boxster front calipers with custom made adaptors

rear:
944 alu arms with '86 hubs
993 discs
964 C2 two pot calipers

Questions:
1) The 911 disc is 282 x 24mm. Would the Boxster caliper be workable as it is supposed to work with the larger Boxster front disc 298 x 24?
2) Does anyone try similar setup as the rear I proposed? I just conceived the idea based on the measurements info of the parts which I found from various sources.

The front setup works, but you can machine the OD of the early 944 hub down and then mount the Boxster rotor over it. You will need the longer studs from a 87+ 944 front hub. This way the Boxster pad will match better with the larger rotor.

For the rear, the 993 rear disk is too shallow and the brake shoes will overhand the braking surface. The C2 calipers will bolt up perfect with 986S rear disks, or 86 944T disks with a 3mm spacer to center the caliper.

Thank you for the info.

It seems that the 964 rear 2-pot calipers are more difficult to find than the 964 or 993 rear 4-pot. I may use 964/993 4-pots instead. Will 16" fuchs acommodate to the 4-pots?

Which master cylinder should be used for 986 Boxster front calipers and 964/993 rear 4-pot calipers, 944N/A m/c or Beetle stock m/c?

C2/C4/993/944T rear calipers are interchangeable. 16" fuchs will clear but they have to have the '951' part number (more room behind the spoke for caliper clearance). The '911' pn wheels may require a small spacer.

4 piston brembo brake setups behave quite well with stock 19mm dual circuit mc's.

I have a set of 911 turbo 16" fuchs (7" front and 9" rear). Most likely they won't clear the brembo calipers without a spacer!

911 Fuches Need 7mm Of Spacer, Machine The Stock 20mm Spacer Down To Fit

The 2 Pot Calipers Only Came On The 90-91 964

The 944 Rear Disc Has An Offset Of 71mm - The 911/964 Is 80mm
-so Thats That, Even If You Use A 15 Or 16 Inch Fuch, The Casting / Spoke Position Is The Same

-you Can Fit A Boxster 2.5/7 Caliper Onto A Early 964 Disc, These Are 298 By 28, And Have A Massive 80mm Offset - Ideal For Getting The Caliper In-board
-anyways, You Have To File The Pins Down, And Rub The Pads A Bit
-but They Do Fit - I Have Done It, THEY WILL FIT ONTO A STOCK 951 HUB - LOCATING SCREW WISE

-ps A 993 Disc, Or Maybe A 996 Rear Disc, Hasn't The Same Location Screw Layout As A 944

I Have Fitted 16 By 6 Fuches With The 2 Pot 1990 Caliper Using A Early 298mm Disc, And Needed 7mm, I Just Had The Stock Spacer Cut, And The Spigot Milled In, Then Fitted Baywindow Front Studs
