Bihalogen H7

Hi

I want to show you 'home made' lens lights

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images...517941734.jpg/

I do all by myself - only things i bought are glass from 'clear lights' and bihalogen H7 lens (hella).

It also has ring with led 'day light' (above black lines on ring) and blinkers (under the black lines).

What do you think about it?

Best regards from GLooker from Poland

K.

Hi Kendy,

I've not seen these in the Hella catalogue, do you have a description/part Number?

Now, if I put two pairs of these in the front of the Clan with mains and dips wired together with +100% bulbs ................... that's equivalent to 1840W of halogen power for 38amps, wow those lanes will be like daylight!

buahaha...i bought mine for 40E at 'polish' eBay

same like this:

http://allegro.pl/soczewki-bixenon-h...697313031.html

All stuff i made on my CNC - i have a technical documentation so im able to build few more
Only thing i need to buy is bi-halogen with 80mm lens -
Lamps are made of poliamid and painted with blackmatt. It has a 'position' light too made by me inside the len.

I will intall it in this weekend and will show you some pics 'on car'

I will also calculate costs and will inform you about.

Nice work Kendy! What would it take to make that set up for the older model headlights before 1967?

Hi

How long is that unit? It looks like it would be too long for the Beetle headlight bucket.

its a little bit longer - 5cm - i just cut hole and weld kind of thin
but now, when i finish it i know that its possible to build lamp without changing bucket - next pair of it will be for standard bucket lens will be closer to lamp glass, now its about 5 cm between len and glass
