18s or 17s???

i am fitting coilovers ot my 1303s , how much will i be able to lower if i have 18s or if i have 17s, cheers

about the same. It will come down to width and offset rather then wheel diameter

I am looking at porsche 911 turbo wheels, i have wide wings on the rear so they will be 10 inch but the fronts are 7.5....what is the biggest off set possible?

It depends on what kind of struts you have, with small after market ones you can go for a higher off set.
This is 7J 17" ET55 on a 1303:
