I founfd this on ebay and was wondering if anyone has tried them or just had an opinion.

I saw a chap on theSamba doing the same type of thing. Maybe it's the same guy; maybe they use differing techniques. I don't know.

I do know if I owned a 1303, I would investigate it more thoroughly because short of doing a complete dash makeover, I really like the results.

Looks very like a home made piece too.
I reckon an electroluminescent cover would be the dogs danglies anyone got and info on those bad boys.
