915 box to T1 engine
Has anyone mated a 915 trans to a type 1 engine. I see it alot with T4's, but not with T1's. I understand that Kennedy makes a flywheel for this conversion. I think I can handle the mounting. The "push type clutch" worries me though. I plan on using a hydraulic set-up. Any tips or suggestions about this conversion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My engine is in the states being built by Marty Staggs who bought the Kennedy Flywheel which uses the porsche clutch.
Box is a 915 but I haven't used it yet. |

Thanks dude. I just got off the phone with Kennedy. My flywheel should be here in about a week. I still have the "pull type" clutch problem though.

I've just got a line on a trans. I'm hoping to post the install as soon as I can find time to install.
