When I got my Maxx Struts from Topline the Bump Steer kit came with it, so you should be alright. Its as very well thought out kit.

I also got the bump steer kit with my Maxx's.The kit allows the tie-rod end's to be "flipped" upside down on the underside of the splindle. The only "machining" you have to do is drill the hole on the spindle to a larger size.If you have access to a drill press with a vice then you're all set. Pretty straight foreward and most all Topline stuff comes with a good set of directions.
