Flared Fenders
I am thinking about buying flared fenders for my Käfer Cup-inspired 1302 project. Before I go to the expense of shipping CSP or Kerscher flared fenders to the US, are there any other companies that make them?
Does anyone have any experience with the quality of the fiberglass flared fenders from Kerscher or CSP? |

You should not worry about the kerscher quality. They are extremely good, and they fit perfectly. At least on my bug, they fit like I just took them off the same car before installing. This is one example where "german quality" is not just a saying.
In the rear I have CSP replicas, made by a local guy, and I can tell the difference... so, if you have the money, go Kerscher!

I will have 944 alu arms with boxster discs (964 2-pot calipers) and Fuchs 9x16" wheels at the rear. Any idea if the 7cm inside/outside flared fenders are wide enough to cover the wheels? Or do I need the 11cm wide ones?
Anyone has pics of 1302/1303 with the Kerscher front bumper/spoiler installed? |
