well....looks like it is going to be coming back out, but have to get an extra hand again. my dad had been undergoing testing for heart problems so he isn't much for lugging an engine around. seems if i would have read the instructions a little better (and maybe used my head) i would have realized that the front tin requires some fitting and drilling BEFORE the engine goes in. can't begin to tell you how hard i have been beating my head against the wall. got the engine in for the first time with the header on, made a nice big crack in my apron while doing it and now i get to do it again in the same week. augh. looks like it has to be done though. still waiting on a cooler and trying to find the right oil temp sender.

Zen, what kind of cooler are you waiting on? I've got a mocal that is about 6x11 with an-10 fittings if you need. I've also got another one off a Jag that is the same size with a different - unidentified fitting.
