914 trans????

im told all 914s came stock with 901 trans is this true?

and if so if u go to put a 944 trailing arm with 968 rear braking set up, wut axle do u use to combine the 968 to the 901 trans?????????

I think they all came with 901s, but you have to flip the diff and get the correct nosecone and hockey stick as they are obviously set up for mid-mount.
No specific need for the parts you mention, just need to convert to IRS rear end.

thats for the info. if i get a new trans 944 rear trailing arms will go on so irs is no prob
