My Brakes :)

Loong time i have been thinking making my brakes, what you do you think? Now i have sent the pictures to machinist and hubs and hats are on the way, they give paper that makes them streetlegal

Yeah, they are probably too big for 900kg/270hp beetle...I need proper pads. But they might fill very well 17 or 18 inch rims

Front: 996 front calipers, 330x28 Wilwood GT series 12x7" pcd rotor + 45mm thick custom hat + hub

Rear: 986 Boxster non-s front calipers, 310x20,6 Wilwood GT series 8x7.62" pcd rotors + 53mm thick custom hat for working parking brake.

I have to make small adapterplate for parking brake shoes, and perhaps modify the springs little bit. Just ordered also plated unc 10.9 bolts and drill jig for safety wiring.
