wheel fitment in Kerscher inner widened 6cm fenders

Hello, will a 9x17 et 55 with late alu arms fit under a 6cm kerscher inner widened fender? Any pics would be appreciated.

Hey there. I'm sure you've seen my thread as it is the only other one on the body forum. I have 8x15 ET-25 and I just received the 7cm widened inner and outer rear fenders. They fit perfectly. Any smaller and my wheels and tires would not tuck under the fender. Tires are 225/50/15.

Not sure exactly how much track is increased with the aluminum arms, but seems like your wheels will be 67mm narrower than mine.

Here is a handy calculator to compare different wheels.

Late alum arms with 944 brakes will increase width 74mm per side compared to stock beetle drums.

Woah!! That is a lot! In that case, I don't think you will fit under 6cm fenders. You may be able to fit under the 7cm depending on your tire choice/stretch. I'm going to say that you will be poking out past the 7cm inner and outer widened though.

That's 9x17 et55 245/40/17 late alu arms an 7cm in and out kerscher fender.

the point is if I can fit that wheel in a 6 cm fender.
