Help Someone!!!!!body troubles (rust)

does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of the rust on my car its pretty bad ,ive cut some of it out and i am planning on putting a new rear quarter if i can find anyone in this part of the country who will take some time to help and not do so many insurance body jobs . im stuck with this one i really dont want to change bodies b/c this was my moms car in college she let it fall into disrepair as you can well see . Help Someone !!!!!

Body rust

This is going to hard to say but you would be better off changing the quater panel if you want to have that car for a long time to come.

yep unless you want to be redoing your car every other year then the only way is to get a new rear qtr and weld it in no two ways about it do not believe all the rubish you read on the tins of the rust eater rust neutraliser blah blah they are all all not gonna be a permanante fix they may hold it of a bit longer than no treatment but the only real way is an angle grinder sorry
