This is the way I just bought it... I fly down on Thursday to drive it back from Austin TX to Fort Worth TX.... The best thing is NO rust! my friend that I bought it from has had it for the last 10 years and kept it in the Garage! It will need some freshning up as he has only driven it on the weekends for the last 4 years...

Man Now I have to learn about Standard Mods I still have my 1303 but it is a project car... I am going to Mod as I go with the 64... I will need some help with what to do on a Standard Bug.

What Mods should I do first? I would like to attach the suspension first... Lower it go coil over on the front and lower the back a little... Sway bars and then start to think about brakes and wheels tires ect... I am going to stick with the 1776 for now...

Any suggestions?

my suggestion is stick with one project at a time or you will never get done. so what must be done and drive it. put your time and effort into the 1303.
