G-50

Hi, question,I live in SoCal I'd like to know what is the going price for a short G-50. I'll dash my hopes of wanting that trans, and spend the money on a heavily modded type one trans.

Thanks

Thanks, at this point six grand, and all of the mods. I think it would be around 7000.00, or more with the mods that Walter had done. It is quite stunning though, I'm thinking I'll just get a standard bug (rhino case) gusseted, with a Berg 5 speed. Maybe use the eyeball engineering strengthening parts,Quaife ABT. When I heard rancho transmission can mod the 3.44 r&p. I am relly thinking on going that way, I'm cheap. Plus I have the case along with the Quaife.

091 is very strong, but the r&p ratios? I have a three rib, but found out later about the lack of choices for the r&p.

Mine was $5000AU with a shifter and rod but that was about 10 years ago, I can vouch for them being strong

Good morning, I remember when Walter showed his mini road test. I liked the tall gears, but here in SoCal, the prices will be high. Even with the prices beings high, you still can get burnt. I'm glad can't afford it right now, I can't even lie to myself. No doubt it's strong, it looks it, congratulations gents.

The good thing about going G50 is that you cry once only
