measurement favour

Is there anyone how can help me with some data?

I like to know the angle of both original holes that hold the torsion leaves in a balljoint front suspension.
I want to weld in some adjusters but i already cut the beam, and know i read somewhere that the holes have different angles.

So i like to know the angles before i weld these in.

thanks in advanced.

I'm not sure about the measurement you are specifically asking for, but with the bugpack style adjusters on a lowered car I weld them in at about 15-25 degrees up. That is the angle between the bottom flat portion of the adjuster and perpendicular to the front of the beam (ie square sitting on straight edge sitting on tubes). A picture would clear things up. This pic is bootlegged from samba and shows the adjusters in raised setting (about 45 degrees up):

Hope that helps.

I want to know the original angles of the holes where the hex bolt is in, So i can lower or raise the car from it's original heights, with the adjuster set in the middle.
Later i read that the hole angles were different from each other. the 15 to 25 degrees sounds familiar, but if possible i like to have the exact angles of the original bolts/holes.

thanks

My beam(s) do not have the brace between the tubes nor the right angle brace on the top tube.

Is this a mod or different year.

Any recommended mods to the beam while I am installing adjusters and it is stripped
