The old green machine has still got it

Was flicking throught the Total VW feature a few weeks ago. I was looking for the tyre sizes you're running with the stock wings but it didn't mention them.

Yep , everybody still says that, and i have to agree after my 2 day blast about in it, the old terminator has still got it, she runs a 2.4cc typ4 now, its 12 years since i started that car.

7x16 cups all round 205x55 on the back, 195x45 on the front car has our first ever set of slim lines on the front aswell.

Lee the yellow on your avatar looks really mean. I have seen a few photos of this car on your site.

7 x 16 Alloys

Hi,
I have the same size alloy wheels on my GT Beetle but am finding the steering quite stiff and sometimes hard - do you get the same reaction? The only difference I can see is that I am running 205 x 50 tyres (all round)... Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No, no steering problems on this car with 7x16,s but this is an 03 far superior than a torsion bar car only kidding, check your steering box and may be put some smaller tyres on.
