advice needed
Hello Volkswagon Lovers,
I recently purchased a 1973 Superbeetle with a 71 rebuilt 1600cc engine. She runs very hot after about an hour. As luck would have it, I am moving 1800 miles away and I don't want to sell her. I am worried that she will overheat and I will be stranded on the side of the road watching her burn up in flames. Is there anything I can do to avoid this senario? I am looking for a garage to look over the engine to see what I need to do before my adventure that starts on May 3rd. I live in Concord, CA which is in the east bay of San Francisco. Recommendations needed please. I cannot afford to have it shipped. I feel like I am loosing my marbles.:silly: Thank You, BluBerriBug |
