Thumbs up New ET requirements with CB Performance disc brake / drop spindle kit?

I can't find exactly what I'm looking for anywhere, so I figured I'd just ask you all.

My car is a '94 Mexi bug. It should have the same properties as a late 70's standard beetle when it comes to geometries. I'm looking to upgrade to some larger 16" wheels but I'm not sure what offset / tire size I need. I have a CB Performance disc brake / drop spindle kit ready to go on, but I'm not sure what wheel size I should run. This car is not going to be slammed, but it's not going to have much wheel gap either. I'm thinking 16x7's all around with these wheels:

Rota GT3

Any help I can get on the offset, or what to at least look for when installing this kit would be huge. I did read in the wheel sizing section that the cb kit is a -12 offset. Again, the help would be great. Thanks!
