6cm widened rear fenders and 9x17 wheel with 255/40 tire?

Hello,

Will Porsche 9x17 wheel with late offset(?) fit to under 6cm widened rear fenders? Tires will be 235-255/40 17, and i have early 944 alu arms that have bumpstop.
