Is there a pattern online or wherever to cross drill my rotors?

Buy them drilled, don't drill them yourself. Drilling them yourself sets you up for stress fractures down the road.

The cross drilling is dependant on the vane pattern within the disc/rotor so there are several patterns available that are also modified by the disc diameter. The basic problem with drilled discs is that they generate stress risers at the edges of each hole that can translate into cracks that will affect the performance of the disc. It is far better to use the grooved discs that are available that achieve the same result safer.

Slotting is arguably better... and buy properly done ones from an aftermarket brake manufacturer or you might die
