901 Conversion HELP

I cannot get my bug flywheel to fit in the bell housing of my 901 transmission. Anyone ever had this problem. I am not sure if it is a diameter issue or there is something holding it out. HELP!!!

Your leaving alot of info out. What year trans? You have a clutch and pressure plate on it? Pilot bearing good? Length of input shaft compared to bug trans? Clutch disc splines?

Thanks, I got it. Thanks to the help of Chug-a-bug. The year Transmission I was using uses the same flywheel as the stock 12 volt beetle so I had to make a mounting plate for the tranny to get everything to fit. Rolling again.
