Chassis stiffening, torsionbar tubes and frame horns?

Have anyone done chassis stiffening to torsionbar tubes and frame horns?

So far i will have custom rollcage with front tied to mendeola suspension and rear have a 5-bar setup.

I was wondering if torsionbar tubes bend when doing hard launches?

Mendeola Oval has some stiffening at around torsionbar tubes:

Remmele also at their style:

Hi

Some nice chassis work there.

On all my cars I always fit another bolt and mounting pad like the shock tower one near the torsion bar cover. The threaded section is already on the chassis and the hole is also on the body.

I'm making my own floor pans with a RHS perimeter frame where the body attaches to the pan. This is in an attempt to increase ridgidity. I dont like how the end of the rear torsion housing hangs in the breeze and will but a RHS section from the end of the tube to the perimeter frame.

I was thinking to connect the torsionbartube to rollcage or to pan with rectangular bar or plates.

I found picture from TF-1 case maker, they have put tubes between chassis midsection and torsionbar tubes:

Hey, I just saw this thread, good one!
I personally tied in the t/tubes with a brace that runs the outside of the pan, so the ends of the tubs aren't hanging out by themselves. I do like allot of what I see here. Makes me want to do some more mods.

The only reason mendeola has done the mods in the first picture is because they have cut through the torsion housing completely for their trans, not convinced the top bit will give much rigidity with it being so thin..
I've done most of the mods mentioned above to my chassis but not sure if many people will want to go as far as I have. The G50 needed the space and the engine power forced the stiffness, my new framehorns have no bracing but are way stiffer than stock
