996 turbo rims
Is the 996 turbo rims an over kill for the bug? As in size and offset.

i love the look of the hollow spoke 18's. if i had the cash, i would have gone that way. they get wide though. i think they are 8.5" and 10" f/r.

Turbo Wheels
I have tried on a set of Turbo rims and they looked great. They were 17x7.5 fronts and 18x8.5 rears. Trouble is I had to give them back to the guy who lent them to me! But when I have the money! Any way they were 51mm et on both front and rears . I had to use spacers.
Cheers David

2002 turbo rims
I am putting a set of 2002 turbo rims on a Meyers Manx. With any luck I will have a rolling chassis in a couple of weeks and will try to post some photos.
The rears are 11's with 295's. Thanks, Randy |

I'm going to be running 8.5's up front and 10's in the rear. I plan on running my car on the racetrack quite a bit. These sizes may be overkill but time will tell.
I beleive the early 930's ran 205/55/16 on the front and 225/50/16 on the rear and they seemed fine on the track. Sandeep |
