Thumbs up

Vintage Germanlook as opposed to the Modern Germanlook. Keep the body vintage stock and update everything else to germanlook standards. I love it!! Doing my 63 ragtop the same!

It`ll be a sweet ride!
My plans are pretty much the same as yours mate.
Except I am going to use 16 fuchs all round. 7s in the rear. Would love to go IRS 915trans but can`t have the wheels any wider than they already are.(ET23) with 944 hub(increased wheel track)
Looking like fun!

I like the look of the black centres against the orange paintwork, are you going to keep it like that?

Have you considered narrowing the IRS A-arms or even the wheels?

Thanks,
Yes the centers will stay that original black. I may end up polishing the lips is all. I agree the black against the orange is perrrrrrrrfect!(IMO)
And yes ,a currently trying to gather info on narrowing IRS ,as I really want to go 915 trans. ( Am hoping to build this year a 2.4L ) and get the 944 calipers on all 4 corners. Not much room there!!!LOL Love it though!
