emergency!! 901 box in a bug pleeeeease help!!

im really sorry guys but really need urgent help, my daily hack has bit the dust so my project bug has got to get rolling asap.

its a 77 bug, into which someone has installed a 901 box.

my question is the car was never run on the road- ie has been assembled but no further.

originally 2.4type 4 engine in it, but im putting a stock 1600 bug engine to get it going.

there is no starter- what starter do i need?

i put a post up a while ago but it has been deleted with the changeover methinks!
