Hey Mike,
I agree I hate to see it sold to a non-Brit but who knows. Sometimes a new infusion of cash allows a small company to blossom. And sometimes it ends up like Lambo when purchased by the Indonesians that then had to bail out later. Lets hope for a period of new excitement and if the Russians peter out then hopefully the old owner can step back in. TVR has always been pure sex on wheels to me since the old Griffiths here in the 70's. I had a Sunbeam Tiger then and always loved the TVR look and similar idea of big engine, low weight.
