Does anyone know the offset on this wheel?

I am just curious about this as a possible option. Does anyone know the offset of the factory 10-spoke 17x7.5" Cayenne wheel? Here is a pic:

What do you guys think about this one? Anyone running it? I currently have the twist style on my 1302.

If it's from a Cayenne it's probably a lot more heavy duty(read heavy) than you'd want to deal with.

Yeah, probably. I'll see if I can get a buddy of mine to see how much they weigh.

As for the offset, I found that it is +53mm.

Ok, so at 26 pounds each, I don't think I'll be putting these on my car...

They do look pretty cool though. I'd like to see what they look like. Maybe if I find a set someone is tossing out, I'll consider it...

ouch. i would not have guessed quite that heavy for a 17". can't say i disagree with your decision. there are different rims (VW and Audi) with a similar style, but different pattern of course.

Well, it didn't hurt me to research it. Would have been nice if they were lighter, though. Oh well. I'm happy with my twists and have been for about 5 years now!

While 26 pounds seems kinda heavy, they still advertise wheels as "lightweight" at around 22 pounds on sites like the tirerack. Hmm... You wouldn't want them for racing, but I won't be doing any of that anytime soon. So I guess it's still an option. I'd probably beef up my suspension and steering though.
