Broken 915 gearbox

Hi
Does anybody know if it is possible to weld a broken 915 gearcase?
I could buy one if I want, but if its not possible to weld it it its no idea....

Yes, they can be welded. The later cases (1978 on) are aluminum, and are easier to weld. The earlier cases (1972-77) were magnesium, and can be harder to weld.
