Last minute wheel fitment question...help please

I have a 73 super and I've been in the process of putting Porsche wheels for way too long now. The time has come.

-I have CCC 3" wider fenders in the rear.
-The rear wheels are 17 x 9 ET55.
-I'm using a 1.5" spacer, CSP drums and EMPI coil over shocks.

Will I need to grind on anything for clearance etc?

You sould be okay *with the spacer* because the 17x7.5 ET52 & 17x7 ET55 just fit within the car therefore at the same offset + 2" would be too wide, based on these other sizes.
