I have to admit , I am having second thoughts about it , but I figure if I use a shell that might be a little too hard to restore , then I would rather save the body and make something from it , rather than see the car go to waste .

gotta give those PGO guys some credit. To be able to take such an old model (yet still very sought after...) and to replicate and do build-ups to THAT level...insane. did you see that chassis in the third pic down??!! [still wiping drool from chin...]

I like the replicas , but call me weird , but they are speedster replicas , and would rather have a regular coupe or cabrio . I'm not a fan of the low wrap around windscreen of the speedster . Its going to be a few years before I start another build-up on a car , so I am sure my plans will change a few hundred times over before I finally get to doing the work .
