Topline caliper help!

Does anyone know how to take this emergency brake piece out of a topline caliper?
I'm going to powdercoat them, but I can't do that until all of the rubber seals are out, and this one I can't seem to manage to figure out.

You are adding thickness when powdercoating. Be sure to protect the piston bores and threaded holes and any articulating surfaces from the powder when spraying them or the baked on powdercoat will have to be removed from those area before reassembly. With wheels avoid coating the lug nut/bolt seating surfaces or the lug nuts/bolts won't stay tightened.
