Pete talked to Brad and he'll be there from 12 noon to 5pm on Saturday. I suggest we meet at the Colossus theatre (South of HWY 7 and East of Weston Rd at 11:30am and proceed to Brad's from there.

I couldnt go either, but i did make progress on the ghia.
car is stripped/blasted, been cutting and welding panels like a fiend its pretty solid for an east coast car I think im going to leave the body stock and paint it black

Pretty crappy day. Cold with some rain.
I didn't feel like digging around, and coming off of the night shift was tired. I went up to look around. He still has tons of stuff, wants good money for it, but seems very flexible. Asked him when he needed to be off the property, he says, "In about 6 months". So, i'll be back in the spring.  Sandeep scored some parts, i'll let him chime in. Bryan, post some pics of the Ghia. Paint it flat black. Pete

It was cold and rainy but I came dressed for it. LOTS of stuff still there if you are looking ... I scored a 95% complete 1.7L T4 longblock for $150. I have the spare rockers / pushrods / pushrod tubes to complete it.
Hoping to build a mileage motor out of this one (78.4mm x 90mm = 2016cc). I'd like to go back during a weekend to pick up some front end components. Sandeep

Nice score Sandeep, you got the complete motor and it's from a Porsche and not a bus. Can't wait until next year to see the car and the new motor, I know I cant wait you must be so excited.
