glad you like them.... it took ages to get the vw logo bulb deflectors as vw dont sell them individually they only come in headlamp asembly's
i had to look in scrap yards until i had found new shaped golf's that had been crashed it took half a year to find a pair....vw sell the complete lamp unit for £70 each and i wasnt going to pay that

Maybe that's what is was, UltraVW. I have to go to the specialty newspaper store to check out the import rags. Congrats, it's a great looking car.

I just noticed, that's a pretty mean looking front airdam, is that a one off you did?

I have no complaints about the front suspension so far. Nice ride, goes where I want it. I have it to low right now, but it looks sooo cool. The real problem is the rear geometry which is the front geometry off of a MkII Golf, so I believe I have bump-toe-out, not fun in a fast corner. I knew this would be my next hurdle, but at least it goes fast in a straight line. I'm planning on taking it to the drag night here and see what she'll do in the 1/4. Just the last few days it's been running kinda oddly, I might have gunk in my pre-filter for my fuel pump, maybe not getting enough gas, don't know yet.

What did you end up getting for your times on the 1/4?

Jason
