How much lower than stock is your Ghia?

I have a 1970 Ghia that I would like to lower and use Porsche style wheels on. Am I correct in understanding that you have the same offset wheel all around? The 52mm offset wheels?

Do you have any problems with wheels rubbing & such?

Thanks in advance.

Question What method did you use to lower the car?

What methods and how much did you lower the car? How is the ride quality with the Konis up front and the Bilsteins out back.

Any difference in turning radius?

Thanks in advance.

are you talking about this 4speed or the one from Miami with the Silver 67 Beetle?

Neither of them has been seen on the net in a while.
In fact this 4Speed has never even posted here on this forum.

I am currently working on Ghia Flat six but I am planning to install the complete 2.7 CIS, along with its 915 trans. The only thing that am working on is the Motor Mounts & decididing wether I wanto keep the stock trans mounts or not.

What type of reinforment did you use on the back for the motor?

Hey 4SPEED, you're back!

Can you check my earlier posts questioning your methods for developing the car and give me some clue as to what you did?

Thanks in advance.
