porsche prices...ouch
just ordered new bleed nipples for my brembos, genuine porsche parts. I needed 8 off these & they cost over £6.00 each...ouch..I think I get spoiled by VW prices etc...welcome to the world of porsche prices

I know what you mean. I "know" someone who paid $17 for the screws that hold the rotor on to the hub. Genuine Porsche, but I picked up the same screws at a local hardware store for $0.50

As Sandeep has pointed out. Sometimes you can find alternatives and save a few bucks... Then again sometimes it really is worth the extra dollars for a known quality Porsche part.

It included UPS shipping and yes...it was me that ordered the Porsche screws. Porsche has too many rare pitches in the threads they use.

Meh, that's cheap. You ever price out ONE exhaust rocker arm for a super 90 engine? Try $300! Intake? Only $200...

I went to the official Porsche site and I think the only thing less than $500 was a money clip. But then an ashtray at the Rolls Royce dealership was $85. Bug parts are cheap.
